This reaches a real inbox, not a ticketing queue. We read everything and aim to reply within two working days. Below is what we can actually help with, and what we cannot — worth thirty seconds before you write, because it saves a round trip.
Requesting a template
A reasonable share of the library exists because somebody asked. Requests are genuinely welcome, and the ones we can act on quickly tell us three things:
- The job the email has to do — an abandoned cart recovery, a webinar reminder, a price-change notice. This matters far more than the industry.
- Roughly what it needs to hold — one product or twelve, a schedule table, a shade range, an order summary. Structure is the part that takes design work.
- Anything close in the existing library, if you have found one. Often the fastest answer is a variant of something that already exists.
We cannot promise a timeline, and we do not take commissions or paid placements — see how this is funded.
Reporting something broken
Broken Figma links are the most useful thing you can report, because they are invisible to us until someone hits one. Send the page URL and we will fix or replace the file. The same goes for a template whose description does not match the design, a preview that fails to load, or a factual error in one of the design guides — corrections are made and the page is updated.
Brand and trademark enquiries
Some templates are original designs created as studies of marketing emails published by real companies, and those pages say so and name the brand. If you represent a company named on this site and want a template renamed or removed, write here and it will be handled promptly — the full position is set out in our terms.
What we cannot help with
We do not write or debug production HTML email. Everything here is a Figma design file, and we are not able to convert one for you, troubleshoot how a build renders in Outlook, or review code. If that is what you need, the handoff guide covers what to give a developer so the conversion goes cleanly.
